Relaxation - The traditional, full-body massage. A great reliever of stress and very popular.

Sports - Used for the recovery from and prevention of injuries and to improve athletic performance.
Reflexology - Is based on the principle that certain parts of the body reflect the whole. Reflex points are found in the feet, hands, face and ears. These respond to pressure, stimulating the body's own natural healing processes to better health. See our Read About page - Reflexology.
Aromatherapy - With essential oils selected to suit the individual and using massage to stimulate lymphatic drainage, this 90 minute massage cleanses and relaxes the body. See our Read About page - Aromatherapy.
Lymphatic Drainage - A gentle therapy that stimulates the immune system and helps drain toxins from the body.
Bowen Therapy - A subtle and very relaxing neuromuscular technique with short pauses between each stage of the treatment. Bowen is often very effective on conditions with a complex or elusive origin. (See the video below).

Reiki - Perhaps the most popular of the energy-based modalities Reiki is subtle, profoundly relaxing and is often performed fully clothed. See our Read About page - Reiki
Seated Massage - Is a fully-clothed massage treatment applied in a specially designed massage chair at your workplace. It relieves stress and physical discomfort in the neck, shoulders, back and arms leaving your staff feeling refreshed, relaxed and cared for.
