Our practice is committed to the privacy of its clients.

Personal information is treated as confidential and is used only

for the purpose for which it was collected. Information kept on file

will not be released to a third party without the consent of the client.

- Late Cancellations and 'No-Show' Policy -

Dear Client,

If you cancel your appointment at the last minute or fail to attend, the allocated time is wasted. Your therapist and other clients are directly disadvantaged.

Will you please ring us promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment?

Many of our clients are on a waiting list - some in great discomfort - and they would appreciate your thoughtfulness, too.

We may request full payment for missed appointments. If you’re late for an appointment, the full fee will

still apply.

We provide an Appointment Reminder Service. You can receive a reminder the day before your appointment by phone, email or SMS, whichever suits you best.

We do look forward to seeing you. Thank you for your courtesy and understanding.
