Learn Bowtech, the original Bowen Technique

Bowen therapy is a gentle form of bodywork that addresses not only the musculo-skeletal framework, but also the fascia, nerves and internal organs. It is extremely gentle and considered appropriate for anyone from pregnant women to newborn babies, the frail and the elderly. It can assist recovery from many conditions ranging from traumatic injury to chronic illness.

The specialised Bowen training for Certificate IV takes the form of seven two-day hands-on training modules which need to be completed in sequence. Module 1 may be taken alone as an introductory session but it also constitutes the first two days of training of this nationally recognised course.

Yoga Therapy with Kendra - Complementary Health Care

Yoga Therapy Class

This class features the adaptation of Yoga techniques to help individuals facing health challenges, to manage their conditions, reduce symptoms, restore balance and improve vitality. Maximum 5 people by referral only. Mondays 10:30 – 11:30.

8 week program $200

Restorative Yoga Class

This is a gentle class that encourages synchronicity of movement and breath, and relaxation, to nurture and open mind/body to release tension. Ended by a deeply healing 15 minute meditation. Maximum 15 people. Commence any time.

Mondays 9:15 – 10:30. $110 for 6 week block. $20 walk in.
